There is no one like Mommy. I am amazed how at 26 my mother is still the best thing to make me feel better :o) I love you, Momma!

Momma let me ramble on, talk and talk, muddle through my thoughts openly for a few hours this afternoon. We talked through my days, my schedule, my rough spots, my options. I thumbed through the nutritional healing book and made lists of vitamins, diet changes, habits to keep and toss. A lot of it I already knew, but now I feel more prepared to actually apply it.  We concluded that should I get to the point where I just can’t work through this, I will go to the doctor, but until that point and by the grace of God I’m going to face this head on. I’m going to get my 8 hours of sleep and eat my complex carbohydrates and load up on my fish oil, calcium, magnesium, etc…

I feel encouraged and determined once again. Still low and tired, but I think I have a bit more clarity and that is about 100x more than I had yesterday broke down on the bathroom floor. I have my list and will have to stick to it. I’ll have to stick up for myself and let a few things go and make a few changes. (I’m not good about changes ;o)

Blessed be Your name!

For sure, Moms are wonderful! Yours is a treasure for sure, and I’m pretty wild about my own Mom. So glad you had a good day with her : ) xoxo

Oh, that’s wonderful! Sounds like you have a great plan, and I will be praying that it helps. If you were not taking fish oil before, you will really notice a difference taking that - try adding flax seed into your diet as well. Even Cadi is on fish oil. I get my supplements at Puritan Pride online. It is way cheaper than getting them at Walmart. You may already know this, but be sure to store your fish oil in the fridge. If it goes rancid, it actually will work against you.
