Hmm… turns out Kindergarten at the school is a full day at our local school. I thought it was half day. I don’t know how I feel about that. When I thought it was a half day it felt like a nice transition, but now… I’m still processing this. I mean, she’s the baby. We’ve never been apart nor do we really want to be. I cannot imagine Lil being gone for 8 hours out of a day, 5 days a week! Dear Lord, what am I going to do with myself?

Oh dear, oh dear… I am urgently seeking the Lord on this to be sure we are making the right decision. I’m sure every mother’s heart catches in their throat when their baby reaches this age. Of course I went through a similar process last year with Juliet. But as each relationship and each personality is different, so is each process.

Being a mommy is really tough in these areas and I wish I could tell you it gets easier to let your children go, but in truth what makes the most difference for me is that when I release our children from my own reach I entrust you all to His tender care. If not for that, I would be a very sad mama. <3

Oh, Theresa. I am so sorry. I will be praying that God gives you clear direction and then an overwhelming peace about that direction.
