Today was supposed to be a better day. It’s 11:15 and I am exhausted from the very little bit I managed to do this morning. I couldn’t do school. I just scrapped our usual routine and went for the muffin recipe and the art books. The girls are now creating portraits of some of their snuggly guys after we looked through some of my kid books about DaVinci, Renior and Van Gogh. That was fun.

If I get a kid alone, it’s fine. I can converse and the whole bit is peaceful and fun. Two’s company, three’s a crowd I guess. My head feels exhausted. This sucks.

Later will be better.

    Here’s a link to a recipe for Thai Chicken Pizza. I make changes to the recipe to include what I like and what I don’t like. But it’s a great way to start using Thai ingredients!

    And - you can also just use the ingredients in other forms - including rice instead of pizza dough. :) Pretty universal!
